SPM pre-processing batch error, problem with indexing information.

Hi all,

I am very new to programming so I apologize if my question is stupid, but I would appreciate any help I can get. I am trying to create a pre-processing batch file for SPM. I based my code on a template from SPM's website, but I cannot get it to index the files properly. Below you can see an image of the files variable named f, as per the template this is a 351x56 char variable containing the names of the files.

This is the code itself, as given by the template (f is the variable that contains the names of the files).

I don't think cellstr(f) works here, because the code does not actually do any realignment at all. This is how the input for spm.spatial.realign.estwrite.data should look like:
