Sparse code multiple access, SCMA is a non-orthogonal multiple-access technique being developed for possible use with 5G and other advanced communications systems.

That does not sound like a MATLAB question.

If you are going to unaccept indicating that the answer did not work for you, then it would help to describe the difficulties you had with the code that was offered; otherwise no-one will be able to give any usable suggestions about improvements or alternatives.

Hello,
In order to create your SCMA Codebook you need first to know your orthogonal resources, your number of users and the type of constellation you are using. Then try to create using these dimensions, try first with creating the identity matrix ( matrix with ones and zeros) after that try to add at the places where you have 1 complexe number such as the energy of your user need to be spread all over the resource,

Sajid Sarwar:
Unfortunately the URL you posted does not permit anyone to find you on Facebook.
You should visit Facebook. At the very top left, there is a search bar. To the right of the search bar, there is a very small copy of your icon, followed by your first name. Click on that to be taken to your profile. Now copy the URL for that page, which will look something like https://www.facebook.com/sajid.sarwar.5678 . That is the URL that is needed for someone to contact you. (Note: not that exact URL: I deliberately choose one that did not correspond to a real person, as I did not want to be accidentally directing anyone to a different Sajid Sarwar.)
