How to run executable file (.exe) with input information using MATLAB

Hi everyone,
I want use system to run my executable file (add_grd.exe) with input information (file 1 ,file 2 and output file). Usually i use system to run without any input and automatically run.But for this .exe , i need to type the info.How i can do that? Here is the link for the data (1.grd , 2.grd) and exe file.

Add the arguments to the character vector:

system('someCommand inputOne inputTwo')
You could generate the character vector using concatenation or sprintf.
