how to transform coordinate from XYZ to VDH

Are there any matlab function/codes, that helps in conversion of XYZ coordinates to Vertical Dusk Horizontal (VDH) coordinates??

A = rand(3,10) ; % xyz coordintes
th = 15 ;
R = [cosd(th) sind(th) 0 ; -sind(th) cosd(th) 0 ; 0 0 1] ;
V = R*A ; % VDH coordiantes
