Does anybody know how to plot this figure?

I want to plot the eigenvalue trajectory when one of the system parameters is changed. I obtained a Matrix where each column represents the eigenvalues for a different value of K_q (check figure please). How can I proceed?

You can use plot(). Just plot each marker one at a time with the proper color
markerColor = [....3 numbers ]; % Whatever color you want...
plot(x, y, '.', 'MarkerSize', 20, 'Color', markerColor);
hold on;
