You need to install the MCR for R2010b.
You will need to get the installer from whomever compiled the code for you. MATLAB did not start to make the installers generally available until several releases after that one.
We (as outside volunteers) are not permitted to make that version of MCR available to you: the license terms on distribution of those earlier versions are fairly strict.
