"MinCF undefined error" when running inpainting code

Anybody to help me out please. I got this inpainting matlab code from the internet to help recover damaged part of an image. On running the code, first got dimension error and now MinCF undefined error. I've tried all possible means to figure out the problem but to no avail. I've attached the code and the picture to be recovered. Thanks in advance.
