Why "Align object" does not show up in GUIDE

my Matlab R2018a doesn't show up "align objects" and "Grid and Rulers" panel when I click them in "Tools" , but other options in Tools could show up normally. Could anybody please help me?

Where are you finding these? What tab of the toolbar ribbon is the "Tools" section on?
[EDIT] Never mind. It's in GUIDE, not MATLAB. You'll probably have to call the Mathworks for that, because it shows up in mine just fine.

What OS are you working on? Is the problem persistent with all the figures or just this particular figure? Try opening different figures. You can also try recreating the figure in a new GUI File if its a simple figure. If nothing works share the file with us.
