Use real time kernel of Simulink Desktop Real-time

Hello, Can I install the real time kernel using: sldrtkernel -install , but in a computer that it's going to be used as target?. Is it the same as: rtwintgt -install ?

The commands sldrtkernel and rtwintgt are equivalent.
