Is there a way to reset MatLab/Simulink to initial condition when first loaded?

I am running MatLab/Simulink many times as part of a larger application. Each run of MatLab/Simulink is driven by a slightly different script file which specifies initial conditions. Currently, I am terminating and restarting MatLab/Simulink repeatedly (under program control, not manually) in order to get the data from all of the individual simulation runs. The issue I face is that the startup time for MatLab/Simulink is multiple minutes, and when I have 100 simulations to run, that is 200 minutes of start-up time, not even counting time to run the simulations themselves. What I am looking for is a way to "reset" MatLab/Simulink without having to terminate and relaunch it each time. Does any such mechanism exist?
