Can I install Matlab 2013a on Windows 10 64 bits machine?

Although Windows 10 is not in the officially supported list, it will very likely work. If you want to make use of the C-conversion or other compilation options you'll need a supported compiler, but otherwise you shouldn't need any extra software.

Thank you so much. I tried to install it, however, once the activation is complete, Matlab doesn't start.

If you open task manager, can you see a Matlab process? Or does the process exit within a second after you start it? Did you try running as administrator?

Once the activation is complete, Matlab couldn't launch. When I want to start it manually, I could not find it. So, i think it hasn t been installed on my laptop; I couldn t figure what is the problem.

You need to Run As Administrator once so that MATLAB can write to the license file. The next time, it should start up without difficulty.

Thank you for your help. But, the problem is still the same. Whenever I tried to run Matlab.exe as an administrator, only the activation windows pops out.
