Set events using datatip utility

Hi everybody, my question is not an easy one.... and I don't know if there might be a possible solution.

Well... I have a graph with time as the X variable. I also developed an algorithm which set automatically some events (for example... during the max values of a track). Sometimes the algorithm doesn't set properly these events.... so I was thinking about the possibility of showing these events as datatips and doing so.... in case of erroneous definition of some of them, moving the wrong datatip in the desired position along the graph.

How can I implement such a code? There is another possible solution????
