If i have trained a network with 40*20 and in future if i tried to test the network with different size (for eg:160*120),does it work ?

By my understanding you have a model trained on different images size(40x20) and want to test it with images of different size(160x120). It is not possible if you pass image directly to model, you can do one thing reshape the size of image(160x120) to (40x20) and then test the model. Hope it helps.
