Plotting a Generic Equation in MATLAB

I would like to plot a generic equation in MATLAB which represents the IV Curve of a Solar Cell. I know the current equation is (see attached image of equation.) I know that the curve should like the following curve, but I would like to do this in MATLAB and I do not seem to understand how. Any insights/help for graphing a generic function?

MATLAB cannot plot unless all variables have assigned or calculable numeric values. You cannot plot "generic" curves. You can plot representative curves but assigning values to parameters
