How can I extract signals related to a standard or specimen signal from a large data

I have a pulse waveform inside a measured signal 'X' consisting of a 100 samples long data and I have a measured signal 'Y' consisting of 500000 samples which is a data file combining 5000 such (100 samples long) measurements. How can I extract all the waveform from 'Y' that are similar to waveform in 'X'.
