C/C++ code generation for Wavelet Toolbox applications

I was wondering if anybody has tried to generate C/C++ code for an application that makes use of wavelet toolbox. I have a signal processing algorithm that utilizes the continuous wavelet transform function, and was hoping to use MATLAB coder to help with generating the C/C++ code but sadly realized that MATLAB coder does not support wavelet toolbox functions. Any feedback on the subject will be greatly appreciated,
