Converting Matlab code and graphs into Latex

Hello, I want to convert publish my matlab code using Latex. I am tying to use the publish option but it is publishing the code and output using the publish option in matlab but the resultant file in latex is all black color not as it is in Matlab.

thanks Mischa Kim , I have tried this method but it is publishing the Matlab code where as i want to have my code and its output both. thanks
