Solving a "result"?

After a series of calculations I solve for a variable but MatLab does not finish solving it. E.g. I finally solve for x and get x= (704*58^(1/2))/4337 + 2450/4337
However, how do I solve, or rather finish solving for x? I can type in the number manually into MatLab, but is there any way for a script to do this?

That is the finished solution.
If you want to see the decimal approximation of it, you can use vpa(). If you want to convert to a floating point number, use double()
