Is there any implementation of distance error metrics for 3D data?

Hey all,

I'm trying to segment 3D data and as a measurement of how good my segmentation is, three metrics are frequently suggested:

1) Modified Dice similarity index 2) Mean surface distance 3) Hausdorff surface distance as they are all described here.

Is there any MATLAB implementation for that?

I'm using MATLAB R2018a and I give 3 dimensional matrices as input to dice function. It does 3D evaluation.
