how calculate parameters for the bldc model

I try to use the following component: https://de.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ref/brushlessdcmotor.html
The two options are either flux linkage or the rotor-induced back emf, after a short research I can't find these at motor datasheets or articles.
