how calculate parameters for the bldc model

I try to use the following component: https://de.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ref/brushlessdcmotor.html
The two options are either flux linkage or the rotor-induced back emf, after a short research I can't find these at motor datasheets or articles. How can I can get these parameters from for example https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/Mathematical-Modeling-of-Permanent-Magnet-Brushless-Shetty-Subramonium/7bd32a8ef2049ede79ef2eb6af7609d4ca5701dd table 1?
