Problem with connection in Simulink

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
Hi guys, I'm an electrical engineering student. I am preparing the electrical engineering exam and I'm simulating electrical circuits in AC with Simulink but being at the beginning I have some problems. One of these is the following: as per the attached screenshot, I can not connect the impedance to the AC voltage generator. (red line) What is the reason for this missing? Thanks a lot!

Hi,
the line color says which type of signal you deal with. That you have black lines ("normal" Simulink Signals) in an electrical circuit is the reason for this. You need to convert the signals:

I can not try by myself, since i do not have access to RF Toolbox.
All i can suggest is that you read in the documentation and try out the given examples. Usually this will lead to more insight to how things work.
Did you notice that RF Toolbox has its own source:

I took the two blocks you mentioned but did not connect them. How should i do?

I really appreciate the effort, but it does not work for what I want to do. I want to simulate the following circuit and I want to verify that the values are correct. How would you simulate it in Simulink? Any solution I try to adapt seems not to be good.

This is what I got by trying to follow your suggestions
