I have daily wind data files as following order of single row(speed, direction, speed , direction, speed , direction....60times for first hour of the day).
1.I have to arrange three column time series data file as following (time , speed, direction) Time format yyyymmddhhmm. 2.for loop for a month using each daily files 3.plotes rose plot, feather plot ,polar plot
