Hello, is there a possibility to create a fileformat out of a mat variable which can only be opened and read by the exe which will be created with matlab?

You can trick it by renaming it after saving and before reading. You could try other methods of obfuscation, but this one is quite easy.

https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34564-fast-serialize-deserialize I am thinking you could serialize your data into a file and encrypt the file. Then in the executable use a Java streaming decryption routine sending data to a modified deserialize that accepted a buffer instead of a file.
