Read header from nifti files

Does anyone know how to read the heard of a nifti file?
I load my data using data=load_untouch_nii(). When I typed data.hdr I got the following:
data =
struct with fields:
hk: [1×1 struct]
dime: [1×1 struct]
hist: [1×1 struct]
How can I see the details of the header?
