Cropping Images Problem(Image Processing)

I want the extract that part of the image(railwayy.jpg).How can i do that?I tried with the imcrop func. but couldnt success.Also i tried with interactive cropping(on the figure) but crop is square and couldnt take like i want(like that black area).Thank you for helping
