How to activate the Matlab

Hi,
I have installed the Matlab by connecting to my university's web site. Now its asking for activation key. Please guide me.
I have installed R2018b. Its license # is xxxxxx.
Please help me as early as possible.

The university IT people probably have to provide the activation key.
You should contact Mathworks for free installation assistance. The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database.

Good afternoon Gentlemen of Matlab: I would ask them to please help me activate the Matlab software that is deactivate. I'm doing a job for the university and be completely with my hands crossed. Please activate it. Thank you so much. Carlos

You will need to contact Mathworks Support for this. The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the Mathworks license database.
