I have daily .ini wind data files in a folder for a month. It s includes title,* and unwanted rows also. Need to remove from each files: first text row, first column(hours) and 24 row and first 4 rows to bring to end of rows(from 1 to 4 rows cut and pace to 21 to 24 rows). Finally joint 31 files as a time series. By the reason of attaching the sample file to here change the extension as .txt
