How to take user input from MATLAB GUI?

I have done python matlab integration for Text-to-speech conversion, where i am calling python code from MATLAB. My python code is taking a sentence from user and converting it to audio file. When i run code on MATLAB it reads Python code at the back end and ask for Text input to be converted in audio as shown in attached pic.
now i want this user input display in GUI , where user will input text and then it will further process and give audio. i dont know how to do this...
