do the testing and the training work similiar using backpropagation for image recognition ?

i run those files about an hour ago. but i read the pelatihan_jst.m (which is training file) and pengujian_jst.m (which is testing file). i relize those 2 codes are similar and pengujian_jst.m is statically recognized the testing file. i mean the target is determined early by the coder for recognition. by the way the sample data is image .gif and the data size of either training and testing are same.
