errorbars more than one y value (lines on plot) on same graph

I would like to create an errorbar plot showing more than one y value along the same x axis . I can plot errorbars on a single x,y but not on more than 1 x,y:

x= 2008:1:2017;
NonClip= [Ap08 Ap09 Ap10 Ap11 Ap12 Ap13 Ap14 Ap15 Ap16 Ap17];
Clip=[Ac08 Ac09 Ac10 Ac11 Ac12 Ac13 Ac14 Ac15 Ac16 Ac17];
errNC= [SE08 SE09 SE10 SE11 SE12 SE13 SE14 SE15 SE16 SE17];
errC= [SE08C SE09C SE10C SE11C SE12C SE13C SE14C SE15C SE16C SE17C];
errorbar (x,NonClip,errAP,x,clip,errAC)
