need matlab code for speech to text from audio

I am making a matlab code.I recorded an audio in matlab using small sentence like , "honesty is best policy" and saved it through matlab.I need to display these spoken words in matlab.OR if i say i need to display one word out of all what i speak.I need to get help into this.anyone please!!!
