matlab creating map using matrix

hello,I need to create a map like example image. I create x and y matrixes then I connect but, matlab connect every number and one number before,but I need some space and skip some point. Do you have any idea?

Hi Ali,

It is not very clear how you are input data looks like but from the image shared I am guessing that super-imposing multiple plot may solve your issue.
