Support packages fail during installation for android package.

Greetings! When I first tried to install the simulink android support package in matlab it worked perfectly, which is when I later got another error because the TestApp could not be detected on screen; however, I tired to uninstall matlab in order to try again... this time however after I press "I accept" on the licence thing for the package, it won't install the support packages... and I get "contact technical support". Any solution to this?
