Ploting Time stamps from text file

Hi,

I have a data in text file which get from recording time stamps. Now I want to plot these time stamps can any body guide me how should I do. I am attaching text file.

Hi,

Thanks for reply. 16, 47, 25.608 are the hours,minutes and seconds all together makes a time stamp. so actually when I start recording it generates a time stamp, then when I press lever or when reward is generated it also generate a time stamp and at the last when recording is finish it again generates a time stamp.
