Remove string from .resp file

I have a file that is quite long, it is multiple arrays of data from different trials, and there is a text header between each data set, I was wondering if there was a way to remove all string in the file with any relatively simple means other than a line by line textscan considering the arrays are each 2053x3 and there are about 1200 of them. Thank you.
