i need to extract even and odd bits into two channels for MSK modulation how do I use the suggested block with PN sequence generator as input

possibly https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ref/serialinparalleloutshiftregister.html would be more useful

The idea would be that if your signal is clocked bit by bit then you can have it buffer for multiple time steps and then sample off the parallel lines.
