how to plot smooth contour using the data?

I have data as attached. I have electron density values for different latitudes and longitudes. The latitude range (y axis) is 10 - 30 and the longitude range is 70 - 95 (x axis). Each value of latitude and longitude has a corresponding electron density value. I want a contour plot based on this data.

lat = num(2:end,1) ;
lon = num(1,2:end) ;
A = num(2:end,2:end) ;
