Multiple Linear Regression function

Hello,
I need to do a linear regression to predict X (n*1 Matrix) with the 2features (N*2 Matrix), I tried with the function regression but it s not possible with more then a feature is there any other function I can use?

because, this function is not for multiple LR
if all(size(targets) ~= size(outputs))
