Exception during publishing to Thingspeak API

Hello There,
I am using Wireless Pressure Sensor it uses Xbee as communication device and gives the value wth the resolution of around 0.01 PSI and want to send my data to cloud. I am using ThingSpeak MQTT API for the same. But my device is showing exception during publish. I have tried sample given in MATLAB documentation. But it could'nt resolve my issues. I am getting different values as a frame of 29 bytes. I am getting the real pressure values by converting this frame. putting these values in char buffer and sending them using publish method to Thingspeak. please help me resolve these issue.
