issue with internal git source control

Hello,
I'd like to use the internal git source control. I'm working on windows 7 with command line git installed. From the command line everything works. When I change to Matlab, I'm not able to clone my remote repository. I always get the error "The authenticity host of host ... can't be established. RSA finger print is ... ". The RSA fingerprint I see on the prompt is wrong so I'm wondering where Matlab is looking for the ssh keys. Since the command line version of git works without error I don't know where else to look. Do you maybe know where this problem is coming from?
