Embedded coder for matlab 2015a and ccs 6 version

Can any help me, how to download embedded coder for C2000 TI Processors for matlab 2015a and ccs6 version. I searched for many days and tried too, but unable to download as it is giving the following error " error getting support packages informATion from m,athworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy server settings are imporperly configured. I have seen thta for 2017 versions it is getting easily downloaded while for matlab 2015a it is giving the following error. I tried all the threads regarding this and asking this question.
