Hey everyone,
I dunno what's wrong with this code, it displays this:
Error: File: der_MI.m Line: 23 Column: 8
The expression to the left of the equals sign is not a valid target for an assignment.

the ... on the line above is continuation . So you effectively have
pii = pwm = ptheta = pX = [something]
