Runtime Installer not working for R2018a Compiler

I'm attempting to run the application compiler with the 'Runtime included in package' option. I realized that runtime wasn't installed, so I went to the following link:
And downloaded the correct version (R2018a). After installing I relaunched Matlab and tried the compiler again. When I tried to package it however, I received the error:
Valid MATLAB Runtime installer not found.
But under preferences, I wasn't sure what path to use. From this post:
The path for my Windows computer should be:
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018a\toolbox\compiler\deploy\win64
But I do not find the MCR executable in that folder; there was only a MATLABWebAppServerSetup.exe. When I try to use this .exe path I recieve an error that it is not a valid file for MATLAB Runtime installer. Is there another path I should use, or is this a different problem altogether?
