error in simelectronics

i started using simscape recently.i created a model for a PV cell with the default parameters found in the library. when launching the simulation, an error occurs. below is its description Nonlinear solver: Linear Algebra error. Failed to solve using iteration matrix. Initial conditions solve failed to converge. Dependency found among topology equations. Check for missing reference node.
does anybody have a solution for this?? regards, karl

I suppose this error message can just be explained in the context of your model. I suggest that you contact Technical Support
