Hello All,
I have a bunch of RGB images and I hope to put them in a sequence and viewe them like volume viewer app in matlab, but that only useful for grayscal images, so could you guys give me any hint? I tried imageJ in matlab, but I cannot plot these volumes in maltab becasue axis is also important for me now.
Thanks ahead for the help, really appreciate.

Thank you for your answer, but I think I need a image rendering app like volume viewer instead of procesing bunch of files. I might get you wrong, I will keep checking it though. Thank you so much
