getting all points over a specific part in matlab plot

to plot the attached data, this is my command
plot3(radius(:,1),radius(:,2),radius(:,3),'.')
above plot is the view in YZ plane for the attached data.
I want to store all points which are lying above the red line in above plot?

Read about scatteredInterpolant .....this will help you to get what you want.
Let (xi,yi) be the x,y, coordinates of the red line.
F = scatteredInterpolant(radius(:,1),radius(:,2),radius(:,3)) ;
zi = F(xi,yi) ;
iwant = [xi yi zi] ;
