Running MATLAB code in Amazon cloud (EC2)

I wanna run a simple MATLAB code using cloud. My goal is to use Amazon EC2. As far as I know, I need to work with Parallel Computing Toolbox and MATLAB Distributed Computing Server. However, still I have no idea. Could you tell me from where I should start?

MathWorks has an Early Adopters Program in place just now. You currently need to fill out a short form to get access to the MDCS/EC2 white paper.
