How do i upload multiple images into one matrix?

I have a series of images saved to a folder that display the heart over time, where each image is a different frame. I want to upload these images into a single matrix of 3 rows and 1 column so the first two rows are the coordinates of the image, and the last row is the frame. How can I do this?

Try montage(). If not, post your input images and desired output image.
