How do I analyze the response of a curve as it passes through a filter?

I have a curve (attachement). I want to run the curve through a 250Hz low pass filter and analyze the response. My sampling frequency is 800 kHz. How do I go about this?

Hi Karthik Mahesh,
have a look into function lsim(). This function provides response of linear systems in time domain.
